Lent, the preparation for Easter has begun! Our focus as a congregation this Lent is called Seeing Jesus, this is incorporated in worship, small groups, daily devotions, and parent guides. We’re aiming to have a large number of people participate in small groups during Lent.

Please contact Drew Klein, our Discipleship Director, to get connected. Each Sunday, the new Small Group guides, Parent guides and devotionals are available at the Welcome Center and on the livestream videos at our website. Contact the church office if you would like any documents emailed to you.

Holy Week is quickly approaching. Palm Passion Sunday is March 29. It all begins with a fun processional, as we wave palm branches and the bell choir plays. The musical extravaganza continues during worship, featuring The Passion told in Story & Song. We’re sharing the crucifixion story with accompanying music by the choir and instrumentalists.

Then on Holy Thursday, April 2, we’ll gather at 7 PM to remember the last supper and Jesus’ commandment to love one another.

Then on Good Friday, April 3, we will gather for worship at 7 PM, culminating in a powerful retelling of Jesus’ crucifixion and death through a shadow box drama.

Finally, on the third day we will gather in joy on Easter Sunday, April 5, to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. This year we will offer one worship at our regular 9:30 AM time. We hope you will make plans to join us and invite others as well!
