Our dedicated team of pastor and church staff are here to provide spiritual guidance and support, as well as resources to help you on your faith journey.

The Church Board is excited to share with you missional priorities for 2025. These goals are something to become familiar with as our church grows under God’s nurturing guidance.
Please read the abbreviated missional priorities below. More importantly as you review these, open your heart and mind for God’s voice to speak to you and spark the excitement within you to help act on these priorities.
The Church Board Town Hall is a fixture of the One Board model that happens four times a year to promote transparency and open discussion around all aspects of life in our church.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our Board Chair, Laura Allen, below.

Success: We are successful when we have a solid understanding of what our current level of engagement is by the end of the year so we can set appropriate growth goals for the future and have a solid review of our communication strategies and methods.

Continue building on the WUMC church leadership model, focusing on mentoring and growing the leadership pool for 2027, looking to bring additional age diversity to the board through young adult members.
Success: We are successful if we are implementing and following the documented best practices throughout the year and have young adult candidates we are mentoring through the year.
